WP Staging snapshots allow you to create database backups. It creates a snapshot automatically every time you push your staging site to live.
So, for instance, if something does not work as expected after a push or installing a new WordPress plugin, you can use the provided restore function to turn back the time and to restore your website from a previous snapshot.
You can even download the entire snapshot and save it on your local machine.
