UX Designer

Job Title: UX Designer

Job Overview:
As a UX Designer at WP Staging, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our products and services. You will collaborate closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to create intuitive and impactful designs that solve complex challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating user-centered designs, understands modern design principles, and can think critically to deliver seamless experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to identify customer needs and pain points
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into design solutions
  • Create and maintain design systems to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across products
  • Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
  • Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices
  • Contribute to UI design by working closely with developers to implement designs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present design decisions effectively
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus

Marketing Expert and Content Creator

WP Staging is seeking a dynamic Marketing Expert and Content Creator to drive our digital presence and brand growth. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, create compelling content, and engage with our audience across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing techniques, strong creative skills, and a passion for storytelling that aligns with our company’s values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and product sales
  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other channels
  • Monitor SEO, keyword rankings, and analytics to optimize content and campaigns
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create cohesive messaging across platforms
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with the community to foster positive relationships
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs

Requirements:

Senior PHP Developer Full Stack

Join our team and help us take WP STAGING to new heights with innovative features that set us apart from the rest. We are seeking a talented Senior PHP Developer to join our remote team and contribute to the success of our plugin company.

As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our full development and automated test stack, which runs on Docker and Linux. So extensive knowledge of Docker is preferred, or you should be able to adapt quickly. Experience with Mac is a plus. You will be expected to write clean, well-documented, SOLID, and DRY code using PSR, PHPCS PHPSTAN, and other tools that ensure high code quality. Our code is extensively tested and needs to pass unit and automated browser tests.

We are a close-knit team that communicates entirely through Slack, so excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be collaborative and communicative and enjoy working in a small team environment.

This is a full-time position, with the expectation of 35-40 hours of work per week. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from any location. We are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
