Every license of WP Staging Pro comes with a one-time free migration service of your website to another server, host or domain. At the moment this step can not be handled by the WP Staging software.
Our highly-skilled engineers transfer your website from one location to another. This can be on the same server or on a separate one.
The migration process usually takes 1-2 days depending on the complexity and size of your website.
If you like to make use of this service you need to be a WP Staging Pro license owner.
After your purchase, get in contact with us and provide us with detailed information about the website transfer and where you want to copy your website.
Please also provide us then with login credentials to FTP/cPanel of the old and new server and login credentials to your existing website. If you are unsure where to get that login data from please ask us.
Data Privacy:
We are a German company and follow the highest European standards for data privacy (GDPR/DSGVO).
We keep all your data highly confidential and will never share it with any third party.
After finishing the website transfer all provided credentials and backup files will be deleted by us.
After that, we will no longer have access to your website.
If you need a signed order processing contract please let us know in advance.
