Refund Policy for Businesses (B2B)

This B2B Refund Policy applies to purchases made by customers acting for business, commercial, professional, or self-employed purposes.

B2B purchases are generally final. Unlike consumer purchases, B2B transactions do not automatically include a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period unless mandatory law provides otherwise. However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the conditions below.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if one of the following applies:

  1. Material Product Issue
The software does not perform a core function that was clearly advertised at the time of purchase, and the issue can be reproduced and is attributable to our software.
  2. Unresolved Support Issue
You reported a technical issue to our support team, provided the requested information, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  3. Duplicate or Incorrect Purchase
A duplicate order, billing error, or clearly accidental purchase occurred and was reported promptly.

Refunds are not automatic. Each request is reviewed individually based on the facts of the case, the nature of the issue, the information provided, and the extent to which the software has already been used.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Your request should include:

  • your order number or license key
  • a clear description of the issue
  • relevant screenshots, error messages, logs, or other diagnostic information
  • confirmation that you have contacted support and allowed us to investigate the issue

We may ask for additional information or reasonable access to reproduce and diagnose the issue. If the requested information is not provided, we may be unable to approve the refund.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel a subscription before the renewal date if the license is no longer needed. No refund will be issued for an automatic renewal unless required by mandatory law or unless the renewal was caused by a billing error on our side.

Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:

  • you changed your mind after purchase
  • you purchased the wrong product, plan, or license type despite the product information being available before purchase
  • the software was used successfully and is no longer needed
  • the issue is caused solely by third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments, server restrictions, custom code, or other software outside our control
  • you refused to provide the information reasonably needed to investigate the issue
  • the software was modified, misused, or used in a way not supported by the documentation
  • the refund request was submitted after the applicable refund request period
  • the request relates to an automatic renewal that was not canceled before the renewal date

Partial Refunds

If a refund is approved, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Partial refunds may take into account:

  • the duration of license usage
  • the extent to which the software was used
  • whether support services were already provided
  • whether the issue affects the entire product or only a specific feature or environment

License Deactivation

If a refund is approved, the related license will be deactivated. You must stop using the software, uninstall it from your websites or systems, and delete any copies that are no longer licensed.

After the refund has been processed, access to updates, downloads, and support for the refunded license will end.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, business customers are expected to contact us first so we have the opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without prior communication, we may suspend the related license, access to support, and access to downloads while the dispute is pending.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If any part of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
