Please send us the login credentials for both the source and destination websites, and let us know your preferred time for the migration. If you have a WP Staging Pro license, please also include your license key.

We will reply with a time frame for starting the migration. If anything isn’t entirely clear, we’ll reach out with further questions.

Please describe the issue you are having. Some tips:

  • If you can upload a screenshot of your issue (below).
  • Send us log files from WP Staging > System Info
  • If you’re comfortable sharing an admin login to your site this often helps us resolve problems faster.
  • If the problem affects a specific user, let us know the username or email address of the affected user.
  • Videos / screencasts: We prefer a written description of any technical issues (optionally with screenshots), because it makes it easy to refer back to your original inquiry later. Submitting a video or screencast may slow down the support process because we first need to transcribe your video into text. If you do need to send a video / screencast, please keep it shorter than one minute.
